Each garment is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a refund of the item price (not including shipping) Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the garment(s) received was damaged All returns must be sent back within 35 days of the invoice date All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original plastic packaging with tags attached. You are not able to return Products purchased on this website to a Ecko Unltd. retail store for a refund.

Return procedure

After making sure that you are respecting our return policy, fill out the Return Form below to let us know which product you are returning. In a sealed insured package, mail the product along with this form and a copy of your invoice to :

Refund policy

You will be notified via email once your return has been received and a credit has been processed.

The delivery fees are not refundable.

If an item is returned for refund, and it was originally sent to you with free shipping, the Company may deduct the cost of standard shipping from the refunded amount, unless we were at fault.
