Shipping and returns
All orders are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) or Canada Post in either heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes and are fully traceable using the tracking number. You will receive your order within 1-7 days. Please allow 2-5 days for processing the order.
All orders are delivered on business days only (weekends and holidays are excluded). Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for deliveries to rural areas.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST) will be processed the following business day. Please note that credit card verification and authorization must be received before we can process your order.
If you are not satified with the product that you purchased online, you can exchange it or return it for the price that you bought it.
You can return your purchases by post or by another carrier.
Shipping fees are not refundable.

All returns must be sent back to our office at 8585 Cavendish, Saint-Laurent, QC, H4T1M8 within 35 days of the invoice date.
All returns must be sent in a good and saleable conditions and in their original packaging with the tags attached.
You are not able to return a product purchased on the website to an Ecko Unltd retail store for a refund or an exchange.
After making sure that you are respecting our return policy, fill out the Return Form that you received with your order by writing your order number, your complete name and the products that you are returning.
In a sealed insured package, mail the product along with this form and a copy of your invoice to :
